Our staff are also evaluated periodically by the HR team to assess for future leaders!

HR is the initial team to start on our biweekly payroll execution. The team checks all timecards ensures that all breaks and overtime are added, and then finalizes it for Finance.

HR reviews the weekly schedule for each restaurant to ensure that:

HR works with all staff members to ensure that any conflicts that arise are involved. DTLs are always involved in these discussions as they talk with all staff members at least once a month.

The HR team is responsible for ensuring that all our restaurants conduct monthly staff meetings.
This is where staff can discuss ideas, suggest improvements for us, report any problems, and more.

We believe in motivation by appreciation. This is why we have our Annual Appreciation Day in December to get together and recognize the efforts made by all of our restaurants.
